I used to be a big fan of Elio’s, but I don’t know—too many things have changed. Maybe it’s just gotten more popular and a lot more people go now, but they aren’t exactly putting out a crazy number of pizzas either. The pizza is still good, especially the Tres Carnes and prosciutto, and I like adding burrata. But with the add-on, one pizza costs almost $30. The last time I went, I also waited about 45 minutes for my pizza. For that price and that long of a wait, it just isn’t worth it anymore. You can find pizza that’s just as good or better with better service and more bang for your buck.

Elio’s is a great spot when you’re craving real wood-fired pizza. The crust had that perfect balance of being crispy on the outside while staying soft and chewy inside, and the slight smoky flavor from the oven made a huge difference. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the pizzas felt thoughtfully made rather than rushed. I also liked that the menu offers a good variety of options without being overwhelming. Even though it’s primarily a takeout spot, the quality easily competes with many sit-down pizza restaurants. If you enjoy authentic wood-fired pizza, this place is definitely worth trying.

I'm absolutely crazy for Elio's Wood Fire Pizza! This is my local pizza joint and the real deal. The crust is perfect. Quality dough and toppings that's baked to perfection. The White Pizza is my personal favorite. Friendly owner and fast service. I usually call ahead with my order so there's no wait. Can't go wrong with Elio's!

We got meat pizza, cheese pizza and capricciosa. All three were just delicious. Fresh ingredients and the dough was well worked I love this place. Honest prices. I highly reccomend.

Stopped by on a chilly night and as always it did not disappoint. I usually stop by often during Dodgers season. The ingredients are fresh and you can't go wrong with choosing which toppings you prefer. I highly recommend Elio's all if your in the Silverlake area. Friendly and quick service!
